POLICIES

Northwoods Embroidery & Ink is located in Ash River, Minnesota, 150 miles north of Duluth, MN.   Services offered to the surrounding local area and beyond. Owned and operated by Shari, Swanson.  I pride myself in providing my customers excellent customer service, quick response times and superior products.   All orders are completed by me with an attention to detail.

Payment: 50% down on all orders – must be paid in full before it leaves the shop.

Forms of Payments: Northwoods Embroidery & Ink accepts Personal Checks, Business Checks and Money Orders.  FOR CHECK & MONEY ORDERS: Checks and Money Orders should be made out to: Northwoods Embroidery & Ink. I ship your order as soon as your check clears, which could take up to 7 business days. Send your payment to the address listed above.

Returned Merchandise: Items will be embroidered and printed exactly as ordered; personalized items are non-returnable. I am not responsible for incorrect information, however if the mistake is mine, I will promptly correct it.

Shipping: We offer shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and with or without insurance.

Other Charges:  Interest payments for undisputed billings not paid on billing within 30 days following receipt of the invoice, merchandise, or service will be shall be 1.5 percent per month (18% PER ANNUM)LATE PAYMENT FEE OF $5/ MONTH WILL BE ASSESSED ON ANY BILL AFTER 30 DAYS + INTEREST CHARGE.

Privacy Policy:

In order to fulfill transactions or provide service to you as a customer of Northwoods Embroidery & Ink, we may require you to provide to us personally identifiable information about you.  Personal Data includes contact information that can identify you as a specific individual, such as your name, address, phone number and E-mail address.  We respect your privacy. Your personal data collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, rented, disclosed, or loaned to anyone.

No financial information is collected or stored at the Northwoods Embroidery & Ink web site.
